1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Build Your Brokerage Business-in-a-Box Bundle (“the Program”), delivered by Purposeful Property Project (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

The Program is a hybrid product consisting of:

Digital resources (training modules, templates, and tools delivered via our online platform).

Live sessions and/or events (delivered online or in-person, as communicated in advance).

2. Access & Delivery

Digital access will be provided via our online training platform upon purchase.

Live event details (dates, times, venue/online access) will be confirmed by email.

We reserve the right to reschedule or substitute live events where necessary (e.g., due to venue, speaker, or other unforeseen circumstances).

3. Payment Terms

You may choose to pay in full or split your payment into instalments.

Split payments: there are no additional fees for paying in instalments.

Instalment plans are provided as a convenience. We will collect payment via the same platform through which your original payment was made.

Failed payments will be retried until collected.

You remain responsible for completing the full payment schedule as selected at checkout unless you cancel in line with Section 4.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel future instalment payments at any time by contacting us via:

For cancellations of live event attendance:

Full refunds are available up to 24 days before the event date.

A 100% refund is available if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event.

Any digital materials already downloaded will remain yours to keep.

If you choose to stop payments earlier than agreed, we’ll simply close your portal access with no penalty and no charge

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including digital resources, templates, and event content, are the intellectual property of Purposeful Property Project Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any materials without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Program is educational and informational only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

Results will vary depending on individual application, effort, and market conditions.

We make no guarantees of specific income, business outcomes, or results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

8. Data Protection

We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our all legal requirements.

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications about the Program via email and WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
